    Dana drove down the California coast to Camp Pendleton, CA just outside of San Diego to report a heartwarming story for Extra! Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora was recently introduced to the "knapsack" guitar and was so impressed with its capabilities that he struck a deal with the company that makes them to hand them out to military musicians at Camp Pendleton. The ten lucky marines that won the contest and got to personally meet Richie at Camp Pendleton, received an autographed guitar from him and even watch him perform.   • RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS RELEASE “I’M WITH YOU”

    Dana was honored to sit down with Red Hot Chili Peppers legendary bass player Flea at Casa Del Mar hotel in Santa Monica, CA to talk about the Peppers new album "I'm With You". This is the first album the Chili Peppers have recorded in 5 years, and is the first album in fifteen years without John Frusciante.     Dana had the incredible opportunity to "Do Something" with VH1 by covering the rehearsals at its big charity event at the Palladium in Hollywood, CA. At this award show, Dosomething.org and VH1 teamed up to honor young people ages 25 and under who are committed to social change. The winner was Sara Cronk, 18, who won $100,000 for her charity The Sparkle Effect that is the first high school-based inclusive cheerleading squad in the nation, with 26 squads in 15 states and South Africa, encouraging acceptance in community.   • THE CHANGE UP

    Summer movie season couldn't be any more exciting! Last night, we attended the red carpet premiere for The Change Up. The movie features tons of A-list celebrities like Ryan Reynolds, Jason Bateman, Olivia Wilde and many more. A surprise visit to the red carpet was Sandra Bullock who posed for a friendly shot with Ryan Reynolds... could they be rekindling? Perhaps. Regardless, it was a vibrant, exciting and comical carpet. The energy was great and from the sounds of it, the movie is going to be hilarious!

  • RETURN OF THE PLANET OF THE APES

    Tonight we attended the red carpet for the Return of the Planet of the Apes. We were amongst some of Hollywood's most talented actors like James Franco and co-star Freida Pinto to name a few. Fans lined up outside the Chinese Grauman Theatre to await their arrival. Coincidentally, Lady Gaga was starring on The Jimmy Kimmel show right across the street at the El Captain Theatre. Hollywood was swarmed with fans and it was just an amazing vibe!
